Bibione is on the Veneto coast, not far from Venice of which there is no need for us to describe the splendour here. A short trip from Bibione can take you to towns steeped in culture and art such as Verona, Vicenza. Padua , Treviso and Trieste, or to little historical gems such as Concordia, Sesto al Reghena, Portogruaro, Aquileia or Palmanova. Then you can visit the famous villas at Passariano, Alvisopoli or along the Brenta Riviera. So, as you spend your holiday by the sea, there is no call to regret more refined artistic itineraries.

Situated in the estuary of the river Tagliamento, Bibione stretches towards West and the beach looks towards South. It is the widest in the Mediterranean Basin. The medium width is from 250 to 400 metres and its sand is among the finest you can find. Bibione is divided into four big areas: Lido dei Pini, of recent construction, developed eastwards; Spiaggia, the historical unit; Lido del Sole, immersed in the green and Pineda, which arrives as far as the Lagoon. The Hinterland of Bibione is developing in an area rich of green and dedicated to the agricolture. Behind, a wide pine-wood and an area rich of water complete the natural surroundings of this town.
